Henley is sector agnostic, take a situation specific approach behind a thesis, usually tied to Arbitrage, Distress or Dislocation, our “ADD” strategy. We have successfully invested across Europe and the U.S. in a wide range of assets including office, industrial/logistics, hospitality, retail, residential and alternative sectors.
In the United states, Henley has two main areas of focus currently: value add and opportunistic real estate investments achieved through smart joint venture partnerships, and subsidiary investments for specific and strategic asset classes, such as car wash.
